Mohammed Ismail epitomises the greatness of your hotel and it's people. We were very impressed with his extraordinary work rate and dedication. A true professional who is always very welcoming, eager to help and a real pleasure and privilege to interact with. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Somehow the hotel has assembled a team that is all capable, attentive, and very good at whst they do. The location was ideal, and the price was very reasonable for a city suchas Dubai.

If you're more interested in the old town rather than the modern city then this is the perfect place. Very authentic feel and rooms are very large - impressive. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend.

Fantastic location. Very spacious rooms and so authentically Arabian. Central to all sights, tourist attractions bazzars , souks and the creek. Loved the attire on the doorman who loved having his photo taken

A great place to stay in Old Dubai away from the newer business type hotels. Very Central to explore the Souk and other attractions. There is a good choice of restaurants within the hotel if you wanted to eat in with several good places close by. I do recommend the Sherlock Holmes Bar, one could describe it as slightly cheesy but with the live music it does have a great atmosphere. The Staff were very attentive and extremely polite and always went that extra mile to make our stay enjoyable.

This place is bank opposite the Dubai Museum and right behind the Meena Bazaar. They do not have parking inside the facility but they have Valet parking facility some place else which is still considerable. The rooms are huge and grand. The interior is excellent traditionally themed. The breakfast is wonderful. Must stay here if you need to go shopping in Meena Bazaar
